The building is located by the main road to the airport, in an area which should become, according to the aspirations of the city authorities, the main gateway to Wrocław.

The applied functional solutions and quality of finishing materials emphasize the high standard of the building. Horizontal, uniform-style exterior walls of this one-storey facility were divided by vertical, irregularly arranged strips of imitation wood panels. The main entrance was accented with an illuminated tower, serving as an advertising post. The approach to the advertising surfaces which incorporated them as an integral part of the design makes them a well thought out element of the exterior walls and prevents them from getting out of the architects control after completion of the investment process.
