The investment is located on Ostrów Tumski - the oldest, listed part of Wrocław. The designed quarter of residential buildings neighbours Katedralny square, monastery buildings and the Botanical Garden. The designed building, which will supplement the historical urban network and be a part of an essential restoration program of the urban tissue destroyed after the war, reflects an attempt at the creation of a new image for a district located within the historic part of the city, providing at the same time a friendly residential environment. The linking feature of the entire building complex is plain and homogeneous architecture. Long lines of facades made of materials typical for Wrocław buildings will be made more dynamic by the advantage of vertical divisions, emphasized by dormer windows in the roof sections. The entire ground floor will house commercial facilities accessible directly from the streets, which will bring life to this area. The quarter's interior, accessible via the gate in the corner of Bolesława Kominka and Stefana Wyszyńskiego streets, will be a recreational space for the exclusive use of the building's residents. All the terraces face this side, which enabled designers to maintain the consistent arrangement of the exterior walls, but also to emphasize the private nature of the yard. |
