The building, designed on an L-shaped plan, is located at the closure of the inner square in a retail park shopping centre between Mińska and Graniczna streets.

The designed building of the shopping centre is one-storey and has a simple functional plan directly resulting from the division into individual shops. Each shop is accessible from the exterior roofed passage and has its own entrance shop window also offering advertising space.

Technically, designers limited their work to creating a 'package' for retail functions and paid attention to maintaining the uniform style of the exterior wall from the side of the public space and the arrangement of visual communication elements which, present in abundance and variety, often disrupt the harmony in their environment.
