The completed building represents the first investment stage, which was supposed to consist of production halls and office facilities. The simplicity and lightness of architectural form was achieved by minimum formal measures and a careful composition of the building mass and the facades. A one-storey, double-bay, single-space hall was constructed from a steel plate girder structure. Light external curtain walls were extensively glazed using an aluminium system without vertical window bars. Horizontal masking frames of the façade system highlights the horizontal style of the building and harmonize with corrugated low-moulded metal plates, also having a horizontal mould arrangement. Full-wall glazing provides the hall's interior with natural light illumination and visual contact with the natural environment, rare in this type of industrial projects. The operational profile of the factory is emphasized by large-format prints on glass. A roof-masking attic wall was designed to unify the entire architectural form of the building.

A simple, minimalist building form, small and functional architectural details and the combination of colours used in the hall emphasize the industrial nature of the building, while large glazed surfaces on the exterior walls make it unique and beyond standard solutions.
