The building, with workshop facilities, car wash, warehouse and office is located on a surface separated within the larger area of a vehicle base in the Tarnogaj district in Wrocław. It is surrounded with unplanned and incoherent industrial and storage buildings. Designers focused on the optimal use of the plot and the correct, convenient arrangement of individual parts of the space within the building. In this case added value was created by the search for aesthetic advantages and the full use of the potential of a rationally shaped industrial structure.
