The key reason for the design was the need for extended church space, which at present does not fulfill the needs of a dynamically growing parish.

Based on an analysis of the existing situation and a new functional plan, designers suggested rebuilding church interiors and extending it, adding an aisle and a gallery at the balcony level, as well as rebuilding and adding an extra storey to the presbytery. Additionally, designers suggested the rebuilding and extension of a residential house located down the plot, which would be used as a church hall in the future.

A new element of the sacral complex is a simple geometrical belfry which closes the space of the square in front of the church and is a focal point within the space.
