The design is an attempt at creating a modern residential building located at the junction point of two different-size development areas. The main body of the building represents an addition to a typical 19th-century square, while the higher element of the tower advances towards the area of Powstańców Śląskich street which is occupied by tall buildings. The block of the building can be divided into a two-storey base with commercial facilities and office area which almost completely fills in the plot surface, and a three-wing residential part rising above it, which is inspired by the form of 19th-century tenement houses. The eastern wing is finished with a tower-shaped element.

The facade was designed as a double-section, with sun-shades arranged between two layers of aluminium fittings. It is filled in with glass panes framed by concrete cornices and intersectioned with vertical wood elements. The character of the two lowest floors which form the building base was emphasized by more condensed vertical divisions. Large glazed surfaces, the façade division system and used materials ensure the final effect of elegant appearance and order, suitable for the Powstańców Śląskich square.

In the back part of the building, above the two floor building base zone, there is a cosy yard, finished with wooden panels and opening to the green areas of Powstańców Śląskich square by two large connecting spaces.
