The investment concerns a high-standard complex with offices, shops and apartments located within the historic Przedmieście Oławskie by the Oława river. Structurally, the modern architecture of the proposed three-wing building slopes towards the embankment in cascades created by terraces on every storey. Apartments open from the north-eastern side to the river, and from the south-eastern and south-western sides to the future central, publicly accessible square. Inside the buildings, between three wings, there are two yards accessible to residents and a green terrace, which continues the view of extensive greenery on the embankment.
