The multifamily housing estate will be built in a part of Brochów district typified by its many villa, surrounded with grand old buildings covered with gambrel roofs. It will consist of three small buildings of similar shape which was largely determined by town planning regulations. Rectangular three-storey blocks will be covered with mansard roofs, and their facades will be emphasized by two-size windows. Each building will house nine flats, accessible from one staircase. An underground car park was designed under one building, while the remaining two will have no basement.

Owing to the project's budget, the buildings will be finished with simple materials, such as coarse-grained mineral plaster on the walls and fibre-concrete cladding panels in the roof section. The entire estate will be kept in one shade of white, with coloured finishing of window niches.
