Design priority was to create friendly and modern office building with basic function enriched by the catering restaurant and institutional clinic. The building is divided into three parts: internal roofed atrium full building high with circulation area, and adjoining to it office spaces with cores dedicated to the supplementary functions: technical and sanitary. In the atrium space there are also annexes located on each floor („coffee break”).

According to this space division each part was underlined by the use of different materials: atrium is mostly constructed of high glazing, finishing of the office section is made of aluminum and timber panels. Aluminum is the leading material and it defines industrial character of the building. The application of this material, which is common for this building type in Volvo concern, will allow to inscribe easily into the adjacent building context. Crucial part of the design is also taking advantage of the view of the Odra river canals as well as surrounding green areas. Opening to this view is enabled by the large glazed windows in the office and social part of the building.

According to the Masterplan, new building was located to align to the existing building line. The building is cuboid with bay window on the Odra side and two volumes of escape staircases adding the variety to the building. Main entrance, oriented towards the rest of factory objects, is located from the east side. Separate entrance to the institutional clinic and the back of the restaurant was designed.
